We designed and planted this rock garden in Manchester, MA a few seasons ago. This garden design calls for a combination Juniper, Sedum (2 types), Ice Plant and Artemisia. It has worked out great on this rock outcropping along the coast.
Pollinator Gardens
Attract butterflies and birds to your garden by incorporating native pollinators, such as this brightly colored butterfly weed, in your landscape design.
Planters, Pots & Window Boxes
Spruce up your patio, deck or porch with beautiful and fragrant planters, pots and window boxes. We can design a planter arrangement for shady spots or full sun, with bright colorful flowers or something more subdued with shades of green foliage, or even shrubs and ornamental grasses.
An Entrance Garden
We planted purple scavola, pink begonia and peach verbena to add color and brighten up this walkway to a main entrance.
A Shade Garden & A Sunny Garden
Two planting project we finished towards the end of this past season.
A shade garden focusing on perennials with various shades of green, yellow and blue foliage.
A sunny perennial border with vibrant flowers & ornamental grasses. Space was reserved for low growing annuals such as scavola and alyssum.
Our Perennial Gardens Did (And Are Still Doing) Amazing This Season
Landscape Design Idea V - Full Sun Gardens
Sunny spots in the landscape are great for flower gardens. Perennial and annual flowers provide a garden with color and fragrance. Some will even attract wildlife such as birds and butterflies. Many perennials and annuals do very well in full sun as they're able to tolerate the hottest summer days as well as the dry conditions of this environment. Planting a variety of perennials with different bloom times will provide your garden color from spring, through summer and into fall.
